Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Your order may be returned if you notify us within 14 days of order receipt with the exception of ineligible items. All items must be new and unopened. We will refund the purchase amount, minus any shipping charges you paid. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We are happy to provide an electronic return label at your cost. To initiate a return, please email us.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Monogrammed/personalized items
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Fabric and Wallpaper. All fabric by the yard and wallpaper are custom made upon order receipt and cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective by our staff or damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of order receipt if there is a defect or damage and we will happily exchange or refund your order.
